Fatigue-aware flight operations
for the rest of aviation
PilotSense gives flight schools, Part 91 corporate flight departments, clubs, and Part 135 operators real-time visibility into pilot readiness — so you can make better decisions about who flies today.
Currently in private beta
Pilot fatigue is the safety gap nobody is watching
Fatigue is invisible
Pilots self-report inconsistently. Management has no objective view into who's actually fit to fly today.
Existing tools are out of reach
Airline-grade FRMS platforms cost six figures and assume infrastructure most schools and clubs don't have.
Operators fly blind
Flight schools, Part 91 corporate flight departments, clubs, and Part 135 operators run without any fatigue visibility — until something goes wrong.
How it works
Pilots check in daily
30-second iOS check-in: KSS sleepiness, PVT reaction time, sleep, and biometrics.
ReadinessEngine scores
A 0–100 readiness score is computed and mapped to one of five bands.
Admins see the fleet
Real-time dashboard shows who's fit, who's elevated, and who needs rest — with alerts.

Flight Schools
Track every CFI and student. Build a culture of fatigue awareness from day one.
Part 91 Corporate
Executive flight departments that need dispatch-grade readiness visibility without airline-FRMS overhead.
Part 135 Operators
Document your fatigue management program and surface risk before it becomes incident.
Flying Clubs
Give your members and safety officers real visibility into shared-aircraft operations.
Part 91 Corporate
Operational readiness for corporate flight departments
Airline-grade fatigue visibility for the flight department running two to fifteen executive jets. No six-figure FRMS contract. No third-party occupational-health intermediary. Chief pilots see the readiness data they need for dispatch; pilots keep their raw health data private.
Complete pilot readiness
Fatigue scoring, currency tracking, and medical compliance in one dispatch-ready platform — not three tools glued together.
Fleet management
Aircraft assignments, pilot-to-aircraft dispatch, and suitability checks. See who is qualified and current for which tail.
Privacy-forward
Chief pilots see the readiness score needed for dispatch decisions. Raw health data stays between pilot and app — by default.
Personal calibration
PilotSense is collecting operational data from design partners to validate scoring against real-world flight department decisions. Algorithms refine as the dataset grows.
Insurance defensibility
Documented fatigue screening on every flight. Generates audit-ready reports for your broker and counsel — we make no representation about specific insurance outcomes.

One score. Five bands. Zero ambiguity.
Every check-in produces a 0–100 readiness score mapped to one of five clearly defined bands.
Peak readiness — proceed as planned.
Fit for duty — normal operations.
Mild impairment — review workload.
Elevated risk — mitigation recommended.
Not fit to fly — rest required.
Built on validated science
PilotSense's ReadinessEngine combines well-established fatigue science: the Karolinska Sleepiness Scale (KSS), the Psychomotor Vigilance Task (PVT, Basner & Dinges 2011), and circadian phase modeling. We don't invent new metrics — we make existing ones usable in 30 seconds on a phone.
Become a design partner
We're onboarding flight schools, flying clubs, Part 91 corporate flight departments, and Part 135 operators into the design-partner program — 90 days of free access in exchange for structured feedback that shapes the product.
